D2-BASE Camera Housing

The D2 is a US-made weatherproof security camera housing with an IP68 waterproof rating, IK10 anti-theft protection, and compatibility with Axis ptz, mini-dome ptz, and multi-sensor cameras. It offers stabilized camera mounting, NVR and wireless compatibility, and is all-weather and all-environment ready, making it the perfect solution for your surveillance needs.

The Dotworkz D2 Base is a professional-grade IP68 camera enclosure built to safeguard PTZ, dome, multi-sensor, and broadcast cameras in extreme environments. Engineered from non-corrosive, heavy-duty thermoplastic, the D2 Base withstands impacts, dust, water, vandalism, and even chemical exposure. With no internal climate control, it’s Our Base D2 is ideal for moderate or controlled environments where equipment needs maximum durability without active heating or cooling.

Inside, the D2 doubles as a sealed IP68 camera cabinet, offering room to add 4G/5G routers, NVRs, audio equipment, or PoE switches. It also replaces the need for Axis or third-party wall mount arms—streamlining installations and reducing hardware costs.

Best security camera enclousre I've ever used!

The original enclosure I was using housed my AXIS Q6035 PTZ camera and my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE router. After a year or so, there was so much dust getting into the housing that my equipment started randomly shutting down. Since purchasing and installing my new D2 housing I’ve had no issues with dust or water and my equipment has not shut down once.
