Warranty Policy & Procedures

Warranty Policy: Dotworkz sole obligation is to supply all labor necessary to repair any product found to be defective within the warranty period and to supply at no extra charge, new or rebuilt replacements for the defective parts and return shipping.  

General Limited Warranty:

  • Coverage: Dotworkz offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of fulfillment for all products unless otherwise stated.
  • Proof of purchase must be retained as evidence of the date of purchase and to establish warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty Details: If the product or any part proves defective in material or workmanship, Dotworkz will repair or replace the defective part at its discretion. The warranty for the repaired or replaced part is limited to the original unexpired term of the warranty. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the product to Dotworkz.
  • Conditions & Exceptions: The warranty will be void if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, alteration, improper repairs, or other conditions such as incorrect power connections, physical damage, chemical exposure, moisture, or circuit modifications.
  • Buyer’s Responsibility: In case of a defect, please refer to the Return Policy & Procedures. The buyer assumes the cost of labor and repairs unless otherwise covered by the warranty. Dotworkz does not provide any other expressed or implied warranties regarding the product, and it is sold “as-is.”
  • Shipping Terms: (US Only) The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Dotworkz for quality inspection. If the issue is covered by Warranty, Dotworkz will be responsible for shipping the repaired or replacement back to the buyer.

 

 

 

1-Year Dotworkz General Warranty for Enclosures:

  • Dotworkz warrants housing, cables, and mounts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original fulfillment date.
  • Warranty repairs or replacements are exclusively performed by Dotworkz.
  • Warranty Exclusions:

o    The warranty does not cover damage caused by unreasonable use, misuse, theft, vandalism, chemical exposure, or improper handling during installation or maintenance. Mounting products underwater will void the warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover data loss, or any consequential damage.

    • This warranty excludes cosmetic blemishes, oxidation, scratches, damage to protective lenses, improper repairs, or other conditions such as incorrect power connections, physical damage, chemical exposure, moisture, or circuit modifications.
    • Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or lightning strikes.
  • If a product fails to meet warranty specifications, please see our return procedure. All items will be returned with the shipping cost paid to Dotworkz. For further information or to request warranty services, please contact Sales@Dotworkz.com for customer support.

a.     Begin the subject line with Warranty Request.

b.     Include the issue you are having with the item purchased.

c.      Include photos of the item, especially one showing the serial number (if available), to help expedite the process.

d.     Also include the Sales Order or Purchase Order as proof of purchase.
